Craft Video

The video is an important part of the craft activity documentation. The video is both meant for colleagues and the public. Videos are an excellent format for documenting the intangible nature of craft practice.

It follows a structured approach, for which we offer detailed guidelines here

The structure of the video and this craft documentation form complement each other and are a combined approach. You will shoot the video during the process of documenting, but it will only be ready and edited as last.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

Things to prepare beforehand:

  • Cover image (thumbnail for youtube)
  • Craft video (this must be uploaded to Youtube/Vimeo, the URL is required)

Target group:

  • General public
  • Staff of the organisation
  • Fellow crafters and researchers
