RETOLD: Final report submitted

In November 2024, we began preparing for the final reporting. We set clear deadlines for each partner and gathered all the necessary information to complete the final report. The submission deadline was the end of January, two months after the project officially ended.

Our first task was to collect and upload all project outputs - over 150 products - to the EU project database. This platform includes a description for each project, along with links to external resources when available.

Next, we focused on compiling data for the E-report. This included relevant statistics and brief descriptions. The narrative technical report spanned 20 pages, detailing our achievements, challenges, and the solutions we implemented. Partner evaluation forms were also included.

EXARC underwent an audit of its expenditures, which was completed and signed off on December 24th. All other partners were required to follow the financial reporting guidelines, which included preparing supporting documentation for most expenses, with clear references in the financial report.

All documents were attached to the E-report and submitted on January 28th. Following submission, we entered a waiting period during which we expect to receive follow-up questions from the EU. We anticipate that the final evaluation will be completed by April 2025, with the remaining grant funds transferred shortly thereafter.
