Angel Mounds features a newly designed model museum that tell the story of the people of the Middle Mississippian culture who inhabited this area from 1000 to 1450 A.D. and the archaeological remains of mounds they inhabited. Trails lead through the village for biking and hiking. Amazing new find that unearths more of the mysteries of our earliest settlers.
