The area of the Natural Reserve holds many signs of the occupation of man since the bronze age. Remains of gravefields and fortress sites can be seen in the natural park. The iron age house is set on the spot of the actual find. Families and visitors can experience the natural setting as well as visit the local farm with animals and enjoy meals and refreshments in the cafe.
The Natural Reserve is run by the three municipalities of Sollentuna, Järfälla, and Stockholm.
